Fourth Class Booklist 2019-20

A School Book Rental system is in place for pupils from Third to Sixth classes at a cost of €35 per pupil, subject to a family maximum contribution of €60.

For this fee, the school provides

• Planet Maths 4;  Starlight 4 • Abair Liom F; •Small World (History) & Small World (Geography & Science) 4th Class (by C J Fallon); •Better English 4th Class; Irish readers and a selection of Class Novels. 

If you wish to participate in the rental scheme, please forward the money to the School Office by Wednesday 19th June.  Alternatively, you may purchase the above books at your own expense.

It will also be necessary for all (including those availing of the School Book Rental) to purchase the following workbooks for the 2019/20 school year.

Notes

It is school policy to have pupil names in Irish on copies etc;  personalised School Diaries will be available on opening week.

The school will re-open for pupils on Wednesday, 28th August 2019.

      Closing on Friday 20th  December 2019; Re-opening on Monday 6th January 2020.

      The school will close on Thursday, February 20th and Friday, February 21st.

      The school will close on Friday, 3rd April and re-open on Monday, 20th April.

      Closed on Monday, 4th May.
    • June Bank Holiday
      Closed on Monday, 1st June.
    • Provisional Summer Closing Date
      The school will close on Friday, 19th June.

      All dates are provisional and subject to change.

      The BOM reserves the right to use the first three days of the Easter Holidays to make up for unforeseen closures.
